The world is full of problems. Business is full of problems. Our own lives are complex and problematic. We use human ingenuity – our creativity – to find solutions. In today’s world it is our ability to think creatively that can change the world for the better…or simply improve our own lives.

Sometimes it feels as if the more we learn, the less we know. We become increasingly self-critical – afraid of getting the answer wrong, afraid of failure, afraid we don’t know enough.

But by practising creative thinking daily, even for just 60 seconds, you can train your brain to think more creatively and grow your creative confidence.
